Are you facing a career decision, stepping into greater responsibility, or trying to make sense of a challenge at work? I offer a thoughtful, practical space to work through what’s happening and decide on your next steps. I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with more than 15 years of international HR and people leadership experience. I’ve held senior roles with Unilever, talabat and Musgrave, working with leaders on organisation design, role clarity, performance, leadership capability and talent development. That experience helps me understand both the person facing a challenge and the workplace context around it. In coaching, I work with professionals and leaders navigating career transitions, increased responsibility, confidence and workplace challenges. We clarify what matters to you, explore what may be getting in the way, and identify realistic actions to take. My approach is curious and structured, while keeping ownership of the choices with you. I also facilitate leadership and people development sessions. For a team or organisational challenge, I can help clarify the question, gather relevant perspectives and information, and guide a focused conversation towards practical next steps. I can support you with: • Career and leadership coaching • Leadership and people development workshops • Facilitated conversations about team challenges, role clarity and change • HR, management and leadership learning delivery Alongside coaching, I deliver CIPD programmes with CMI and have taught International HRM and Leadership and Management at Griffith College, including to more than 180 master’s students. My qualifications include an ICF Level 2-accredited Professional and Executive Coaching Diploma, an MA in International Human Resource Management, CIPD membership, and 100 hours of mindfulness teacher training accredited by the Society of Holistic Therapists and Coaches.
