I help authors transform strong ideas and rough drafts into compelling, reader-ready books. I am a developmental editor, manuscript assessor, and book coach specializing in memoir, romance, mystery, speculative fiction, creative nonfiction, and experimental fiction. Your assessment, coaching, or edit will receive my structural expertise, with deep attention to your individual author voice. I don't believe every story should be forced into the same formula. Instead, I help writers understand what their story is promising, where it is strongest, and what revisions will create the greatest impact for readers. I am certified with Fictionary and the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP). I hold an MFA in Film, which gives me a cinematic approach to storytelling: pacing, scene construction, emotional beats, character motivation, and narrative momentum. I also hold an MA in Art Education, which shapes my coaching philosophy. Every writer comes with different goals, strengths, challenges, and creative processes.
