TECHNICAL PACKS: Comprehensive, factory-ready tech packs (CAD) including all views and specifications to translate your vision into a finished product. ELECTRONIC & PHYSICAL PATTERN MAKING: I provide electronic pattern-making via Adobe Creative Suite (CAD) for factory use. I also offer card patterns which can be couriered directly to you for local sampling or review. BUSINESS, SOURCING & PRODUCTION FINANCIAL BREAKDOWN (BOM): Detailed material and costing calculations in Excel. This includes formulas for material quantities, production costs, and projected wholesale/retail price points to analyze profit margins. TECHNICAL MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE: Comprehensive knowledge of luxury leathers, eco-sustainable and vegan materials, synthetics, fabrics, and the technicalities of hardware construction. CUSTOM HARDWARE: Design and product development of custom metal frames, locks, and branded hardware. FACTORY LIAISON: Management of product development and prototype amendments by communicating directly with manufacturers in Spain, Italy, China & USA.
