Lindsay K.

After numerous years of experience in the accounting world and being a big people person, recruiting found me! I specialize in the recruitment field of accounting and finance and am passionate about helping people find their dream jobs. I am also a resume and linkedin expert, I help people get across their message/ experiences and help make themselves marketable. In addition, I also help clients and candidates with negotiations through mediation and knowing exactly what it will take for both parties to agree BEFORE reaching the job offer stage. Some people refer to me as a professional match maker and I couldn't agree more! Recruitment is much more than what is just on a resume, it is also knowing what type of personality is going to fit in with the existing team. This is the key to finding a forever home between both parties. Fun Facts: I've played competitive sports my whole life and continue to do so, I also use that experience to help give back by coaching and mentoring youth teams! I used to live in Nashville, TN for 5 years which were some of the best of my life (I highly recommend visiting that city if you've never been!). I currently live in Portugal following my dreams of playing professional soccer but I know I will be back in the recruitment world when I am ready. I love to travel, experience new things and try to be outside as much as possible.
