I have a strong personality which has helped me enter the BPO industry. I am always willing to be trained and a fast learner, which is my advantage when getting a job. I was taught to take calls, answer emails (Zendesk) and answer chat (Olark) as I continue to work in the BPO industry. I started working as a Virtual Assistant 5 years ago with an Australian client where I was part of the customer service department and handle calls for placing an order, confirming transactions, shipping status, and completion. Then, I worked with a company that handles backlinks where we process refunds and send them email notifications. I also worked as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, restaurant admin where I do bookkeeping, and Executive Assistant to a Financial and Health Insurance Broker. I can confidently say that I am equipped with general information to be able to assist my future clients. I still have a lot to learn and I am very much willing to undergo trainings.
