Senior .NET engineer with 30+ years building commercial software — and I still write code every day. CURRENT WORK (2023 - present) Senior engineer on a multi-tenant SaaS suite for IT service providers, working alongside the product architect. My contributions: • A complete payroll and time-clock module: calculation engine with eight hour buckets, night/Sunday/holiday premiums, overtime tiers, social-security bases, PTO and sick leave, a five-step wizard, multi-sheet Excel export and PDF payslip delivery. • Billing and reconciliation: matching invoice lines from several CSP distributors against recurring PSA invoices, with line rules, line maths, invoice routing and write guards. • Integrations: HaloPSA, AutoTask, Pax8, Ingram Micro, CloudBlue, Paddle, Microsoft Graph, Teams (Bot Framework), Slack, Twilio, Yeastar PBX, AssemblyAI, Azure Speech. • AI features: ticket triage and response drafting with Claude and OpenAI, an MCP server exposing platform tools to agents, retrieval with Weaviate and Azure AI Search, cost and rate-limit control. • Multi-tenant infrastructure: database-per-tenant context resolution, provisioning jobs, HMAC-authenticated service calls, Azure Container Apps. • Delivery: Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, multi-stage Docker images, secret scanning, Sentry and Serilog observability, xUnit in CI. RECENT PROJECTS (2019 - 2023) • Pharmacy retail platform — affiliation and in-store display modules integrated with the distributor's APIs. Blazor .NET 7, microservices, Syncfusion. • ERP web migration — led the team that moved a Visual FoxPro ERP to the web, with Excel-template data migration and Report Services reporting. APPLICATIONS I BUILT ENTIRELY ON MY OWN Document control and invoicing for a bulk-cargo port operator; distributor management for Eveready across Colombia; distribution-variable consolidation for Eveready, Drypers and Alicorp; distributor control for Gatorade across 52 warehouses; physical inventory taking; point-of-sale for retail chains; production and invoicing for a PVC manufacturer. HOW I WORK I take ownership of the whole slice — analysis, data model, backend, UI, deployment and support. I have also led a team of 12 engineers, and I work remotely with US-based teams every day.
