Working efficiently, through iterative and creative techniques, to bring projects to a successful conclusion. After ten years of professional experience and training at several offices around the world, I have learned a lot both professionally and personally. I became an expert in adapting myself to different work teams and cultures, always bearing in mind that Adaptability – the ability to change (or be changed) to fit new circumstances – is a crucial skill for leaders and an important competency in emotional intelligence.
