Credentialing Specialist (Healthcare): As a credentialing specialist, I have experienced working with various hospitals, urgent care centers, clinics, and surgery centers across the US. We help doctors and nurses work through their credentialing process and ensure that all necessary verification and documentation needed for their privileges are properly obtained and duly recorded. Listed below are my key responsibilities: • Advise applicants on re-credentialing procedures and requirements; communicate with providers, medical staff members and office administrators the importance of their participation to ensure timely completion of re-credentialing application. • Address credentialing queries from both applicant and medical staff office, through email, fax, or phone call. • Monitor healthcare providers’ credentials and licenses. • Conduct primary source verification and validate documents provided to ensure accuracy/legitimacy of information claimed. • Process medical license application or state DEA certification. • Schedule background checks and drug screening. • Enter/update data from provider applications into the credentialing database. • Endorse/release information to medical staff services for final review. • Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned by CVO. 2. Article Engagement Specialist (Linkbuilding): SEO linkbuilder experience both full-time and part-time for a US-based SEO company. As a linkbuilder, I am adept at creating unique and creative content on various articles to improve the clients' online presence. Listerd below are my key responsibilities during my time in this role: • Write/update company overview for clients of varying industries, including but not limited to healthcare, security, education, home maintenance, hospitality, technical, etc. • Create attention-grabbing yet concise descriptions for products to sell online (usually following a guide). • Assist in training and guiding new specialist in order to help them become familiarized with the tasks. • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as instructed by the company/client.
