Although I have a decade of experience professionally, starting with my first gigs that paid my bills while I was in film school, my passion and experience with video as a hobby extend much further. When I was 10 years old I picked up an old Hi-8 Tape camera, and just couldn't seem to put it down. I made silly videos with my friends, and had fun writing sketches and short films that I now find very embarrassing. Video technology, and the needs for video in business have changed significantly since then, and continue to change. I am constantly learning new skills and tricks in my editing and animation work, while also learning more about the context my videos are placed, so they are better optimized for social, a website, or even the Big Screen. The joy I felt when I first grabbed that camera when I was 10 remains, so I always bring an excited energy to my clients projects, especially if I get to apply one of the new skills I have learned.
