I have had a wide range of social media experience, from creating detailed monthly and weekly social media analytics reports using metrics pulled from Meltwater, to managing and writing content for multiple hospital Facebook accounts for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Most all of my positions have been involved with managing social media campaigns or accounts as well as monitoring social media comments that need public relations attention. I have implemented Twitter campaigns, Facebook boosts, spearheaded Instagram accounts and curated content for organizations on LinkedIn. I relish creating a voice for a social media account that reflects the company it is representing. I enjoy maintaining that voice with carefully chosen language and curated images, gifs, videos and info-graphics with consistent style. At my position as a Marketing Assistant at Buchbinder Tunick & Company, I managed the functionality and content of the website and blog. I managed a social media posting schedule as well as a newsletter posting schedule. I curated content for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as created my own original posts. I adhered to standards and policies for content for the firm and applied current social media and communications strategies to the owned properties like the website and the social media accounts. I created complex monthly marketing reports using Google Analytics and put them into a readable format to serve as a resource for the partners. I also visually represented then analyzed this data to inform future campaigns. I helped coordinate the printing of partner’s website bios, updated and posted blogs on the website, as well as managed webinars and newsletter campaigns. Another part of my job was the coordinating and producing our newsletter using Constant Contact and tracking opens and clicks.
