Businesses often outgrow spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual processes long before they realise it. I help bridge that gap by designing and building custom business software that simplifies operations, reduces errors and gives you complete visibility into your business. Whether you need to streamline an existing workflow or build a system from the ground up, I develop practical, easy-to-use web applications tailored to the way your business actually works. My projects include ERP systems, operational dashboards, order management, CRM solutions, approval workflows, internal portals, reporting tools and API integrations. Recent projects include: • A jewellery order management and production ERP covering quotations, materials, manufacturing, quality control, delivery, profitability and management reporting. • A healthcare operations dashboard with secure user access, KPIs, filters and scheduling tools. • Mobile-friendly business websites with product management, WhatsApp enquiries, lead capture and analytics. • Automated reporting, document generation, approval workflows and data consolidation systems. • AI-assisted tools for document processing, classification, workflow automation and business decision support. My approach is simple: I first understand how your business operates today, identify the bottlenecks, and then build software that saves time, reduces manual work and scales with your business. My primary stack includes Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and REST APIs. Depending on your requirements, I also work with React, Next.js, Supabase, n8n and AI APIs to build more advanced solutions. When you work with me, you can expect: • Software designed around your actual business processes, not generic templates. • Clear milestones and well-defined deliverables. • Clean, responsive interfaces that are easy to use on desktop and mobile. • Thorough testing, documentation and smooth handover. • Clear communication throughout the project. If you're currently managing important business processes with spreadsheets, email chains or multiple disconnected tools, send me a brief description of your workflow. I'll help you determine the simplest and most effective solution for your business.
