Hourly Rate Policy & Additional Fees For projects billed at an hourly rate, the first hour must be paid in full, regardless of session duration. This initial hour is non-negotiable. After the first hour has been paid, additional time will be charged based on actual session duration. For example, if the session lasts 45 minutes, the charge will reflect 45 minutes rather than a full hour. Expedited Delivery Fees: 24-hour turnaround: An additional $100 fee applies, payable upfront. Standard 3-day turnaround: Avoid the expedited fee by selecting this option. Revisions & Licensing: Revisions outside the initial agreement: $25 per revision.
