Bassem A.

I build and fix Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse solutions: plugins, Power Automate flows, model-driven apps and integrations, delivered production-ready and easy for your team to maintain. Senior D365 developer (Atos, Giza Systems, Orascom Development) with 4+ years in .NET/C#. What I deliver: • C# plugins, clean and tested, with no performance surprises • Power Automate cloud flows with error handling, retries and alerts • Model-driven apps: forms, Business Process Flows, JavaScript, security roles • SharePoint and OneDrive integration with Dynamics 365: document management, folder automation and permissions • Integrations: REST / Web API, Azure Logic Apps, WhatsApp • D365 Sales pipelines (Lead → Opportunity) and Field Service, including offline mobile • Troubleshooting: broken flows, slow plugins, solution and deployment issues Recent work: • Offline Field Service mobile app for two Qatari government entities • Multi-pipeline Lead/Opportunity process for a real-estate developer • On-premises social-insurance system for an Egyptian government organization How I work: short scoping call → clear plan → a small first milestone so you can judge quality before committing more. Send me your environment details or the issue and I'll reply with how I'd approach it.
