Esha N.

With 5+ years of industry experience, I specialize in translating complex business requirements into effortless, intuitive products. Having designed tools for millions at Ascensus and Common Sense, I’m a veteran at balancing high-stakes logic with a seamless user experience. Whether you need a 0-1 MVP or a scalable design system for a global platform, I deliver clean, developer-ready Figma files that work as hard as your code does. 🛠 What I Bring to Your Project I provide a full-cycle design process, ensuring every screen is backed by sound logic: Discovery & Research: Competitor analysis, user interviews, and data analysis. Strategy: User personas, journey mapping, and detailed user flows. Structure: Wireframes (low to high fidelity) and Design Thinking workshops. Systems: Creating Design Language Systems and Style Guides for consistency. Execution: UI Design and interactive Prototyping. Validation: Usability and preference testing to ensure the design performs. ⚡ Modern Workflow & Figma Expertise I am an expert Figma user, focusing on clean, developer-friendly handoffs and scalable component structures. To ensure we move quickly without sacrificing quality, I leverage AI-assisted design tools—including Figma Make, Granola, and other emerging technologies—to streamline research and design workflows. This allows me to focus my energy on solving your most complex product challenges. I am looking for projects where I can provide immediate value and contribute to your product’s success.
