I'm a very proactive, responsible and trust person who likes to learn new things. I have a Nursing Degree from the Universidad de los Andes. And given my line of work, I've learned how to handle with patient in stressful situations. I think this gives me a good head start with dealing with clients in a customer service environment. I've been working in customer service for over 4 years now, offering support to clients on calls, chats, and emails. Handling customers with disputes, product inquiries, and providing information about their orders. I have also worked as a virtual assistant for doctors and lawyers, taking calls and setting up appointments and managing schedules. I've used several programs like ZenDesk, ZenMaid, MyCase, Shopify and Reamaze. I’m a native Spanish speaker and have a high level of English both written and spoken. As I have experience in the freelancer world I have 2 computers, 2 internet providers, and backup power. I’m a very quick learner who loves to put all of myself to do the best job.
