MacKenzie H.

Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Mackenzie. I'm a freelance writer and virtual assistant who genuinely loves what I do. About six years ago, I turned writing, which was a passion and creative outlet, into a career I'm proud of. Over the years, I’ve worked with writing teams, small businesses, and entrepreneurs, helping bring ideas to life while keeping projects organized and running smoothly. While writing is where I shine (creating blogs, website content, emails, etc), I’m also the behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything on track. Fun fact: I even have a book published on Amazon. I also bring a strong customer service background to the table. From working in fast-paced, customer-facing roles like a yogurt shop and physical therapy office to supporting clients remotely, I understand how important clear communication, patience, and a positive attitude are. I’m the type of person that's reliable, organized, and who takes deadlines seriously. On the tech side, I’m comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, WordPress, ChatGPT, Slack, Monday, etc. I'm a quick learner and would be happy to explore new tools and systems. Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my profile. I’d love the chance to work together and support your team however I can! Best, Mackenzie
