With experience in the hospitality industry where I worked as a Concierge and Administrator, I have experience with all types of Administrative duties from building training manuals and Standard Operating Manuals to organizing and ensuring the department's goals are set and accomplished in a timely manner. I also have customer service and problem-solving skills. With English being my first language I am able to complete tasks such as writing blogs, articles etc. I work promptly and I am very detail orientated. I aim to exceed expectations with every task.
