Ashish C.

I design complete, job-ready training programs for EdTech platforms, training companies, IT vendors, and enterprise L&D teams, covering everything from learning paths and course content to assessments, labs, and delivery support. With 10+ years of independent consulting and a 5-star rating across 59 projects, I bring senior-level precision to every engagement. My work spans IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, software development, operations, and business skills, including full certification prep programs aligned with CompTIA, EC-Council, AWS, and other frameworks. As a Guest Faculty at a leading Indian university, I currently teach AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning, which means my AI/ML course content is current, technically accurate, and pedagogically sound. I have also delivered corporate training in Data Science, Cybersecurity, Leadership, and Management across India and globally. What I can do for you: --Design end-to-end training programs covering learning paths, role-based modules, and competency outcomes in IT, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and business domains --Write clear, accurate course content including explanations, worked scenarios, hands-on labs, and quizzes for self-paced, vILT, or classroom delivery --Develop certification-style assessments, question banks, and exam simulations aligned with your framework or competency model, including EC-Council content where I have contributed exam material and courseware reviews directly --Produce video-ready course scripts, storyboards, and voice-over content formatted for any LMS or platform --Modernize legacy courses to improve engagement, update accuracy, and align with current tools and processes --Author technical books and reference materials on IT careers, AI/LLMs, troubleshooting, and management My background gives me an edge most instructional designers don't have. I have led software services and multimedia programming teams, managed 24x7 operations for large IT infrastructures, consulted on technology strategy for global clients, and authored multiple published books on IT, AI, and management. I don't just design training. I have lived the material. If you need a senior specialist who can take complex IT or AI topics and turn them into structured, engaging training your learners will actually use on the job, let's talk.
