I finished a Bachelor of Science in computer Science at the University of San Jose Recoletos in Cebu City year 1998, worked as a Production Associate for 8 years in Innodata XML Content Factory, Inc. (from 1998 to 2005), in which we convert books to electronic files and its up for our client on what to do next like for example if they will load to the internet, they will provide us the Project Specifications on what to do with the document that they are sending us, I do specifically Formatting (put or apply HTML tags according to Client's Specifications), Proofreading (differentiate the document given by the client to the one we already converted and formatted), Scanning (check or review if the TAGS are correctly applied), Parsing (runs a Parsing program to check if the HTML tags are correct and valid) and was a Squad Leader (was the leader of the Scanners group) for a short period of time. But I stopped after my father died, went back again after 5 years and it was a good thing that they have accepted me again. I lasted their for another 2 years (2010-2012) and nailed as a Customer Service Representative in Qualfon Contact Centers, Inc., since the job is so new to me I spend 6 months (2012-2013) there, my job is assisting customer's who calls in about their cellular phone service that has no coverage or some of their apps is not working or keys on their phone is not functioning well, I do basically do troubleshooting, phone upgrades, phone replacements and compensation. Since my mother is already old and living in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental with my kids, it was I will be the one who can immediately take care of her so I decided to work in Bacolod City Negros Occidental for it was just 2 and half travel back and forth, luckily I got to worked in Panasiatic Call Centers, Inc., still I work as a Customer Service Representative, same task as Qualfon and I lasted for 4 years (2013-2017), I resigned last December. I have been working as a Freelancer to be can be with my mom, my kids (15 year old boy, 13 year old girl and 6 month old baby boy) 24/7. As for my Freelance Job, I started as an Appointment Setter for an Insurance Company, then with a Solar Company, Home Alarms and Real Estate. Then, I landed as a Marketing Assistant of an IT Company September of 2019 and until now I am still working with them. As I have transferring from one job to other I have realized that it is not how much you earn but it is more of the work environment that you are in and the people you worked with every single day that matters.
