I have 5+ years working as a VA in different fields. Started as a Data QA and Secret Shopper and then worked as a CSR and Order Fulfillment in a Real Estate company and then as the assistant of the CEO. I am up for challenges and I can easily adapt to changes. Working with different companies in different fields with different clients helped me learn how to adjust to any sudden changes, may it be with the process we follow, our tools and schedules, with the expectation that I will still be productive, efficient and effective.
