My motto is simple but powerful — respect the learners' intelligence: 🧠 Trust learners to share their existing knowledge and experience to connect the new dots 💡 Use analogies and interactions that produce “aha” moments 🎬 Tell a story to draw the learner in and spark their curiosity 🧭 Take something abstract and put it into context relevant to the learner’s day-to-day I want to shape how people think, decide, and act as parts of teams that need them to be efficient and productive. The companies I’ve worked with span from SaaS, ecommerce, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, customer service, etc. I’m experienced in designing in Sana Learn and Articulate Rise; additionally administering in Cornerstone, Docebo, Lessonly by Seismic, and 360Learning.
