I was in the outsourcing industry for almost 10 years. I worked as a Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Representative, Back Office agent, Email Support, and Chat Support agent. The campaigns I handled are a telco, cable, phone and internet providers, retail, e-commerce, and an online streaming app. I also worked at home as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Researcher, and Appointment Setter. I am a team player. I have the "can do" attitude. I maximize all my resources first before I ask for help. By doing that I am learning a lot and it makes me more independent and resourceful. I focus more on quality, it's okay for me to take longer than the usual phase just to make sure that the quality will not suffer.
