Snezana D.

Set your goals so that they are motivating. Clarify your vision. Create systems, routines and habits that support you. Stay in the right mindset for growth and success. Hi. My name is Snezana and I am a certified ICF coach for both team and individual coaching. HOW CAN I HELP? You will learn what's holding you back from achieving your goals, how to get past it and move forward with a strong growth mindset all the while making progress towards your desired future. As your coach, I will ask A LOT of questions and LISTEN very closely to what you have to say. Then, TOGETHER we'll be able to help you get on the path that is the most suitable for your own growth so that you can grow and scale your business as well. As we work together, my first goal is to get to the root causes of whatever is holding you back from reaching the next milestone in your professional development. Once we define the root causes, we focus on how to deal with them and eventually eliminate them. My second goal is to help you create systems, routines and habits that support your growth and success. This means that while we explore the road blocks, we stay action-driven and focus on output and results. Your job is to comit to actions that will move you forward and my job is to hold you accountable and track progress with you. My process is simple, yet effective and efficient. It is completely focused on you, your needs and expectations. With me, you get a dedicated time to yourself to explore, experiment and be creative. Here's how you may feel once the results start kicking in: "She helped me to find out more about myself and during our process we came to the conclusion that what I was doing at the moment (running an facebook ad agency) didn’t align with my values and needed a switch. Thanks to her I have now realised that what I actually want to do is learn coding to start a SaaS company later down the line. I can say with full confidence that having worked with her has been absolutely life changing." "Snezana is a great person but she is an even better coach. She is very good at cutting through noise and helping you focus on the things that matter. Snezana is also an experienced and knowledgeable business person which makes her a great sounding board and advisor when you are trying to work through new ideas/problems. Most importantly she is not afraid to challenge you when she thinks you are wrong. She’s friendly but she can be tough when she needs to be. She has made a huge impact on my attitude and approach to planning over the last few months and I highly recommend her services." "Snezana is a kind of coach who's all in - you can count on her to be a friend who will say it like it is, but in the nicest possible way. The most valuable thing I learned from Snezana is how to stay grounded and do better at the most stressful moments." Like what you read? Then, let's schedule a chat. I am looking forward to working with you. Sincerely, Snezana
