Hi! My name is Tasha. I have been a freelancer on here for almost nine years now. Formerly hired by FormSwift aquired by Dropbox for almost seven years. Currently working with Intuit as an Accountant Expert, for almost three years. I am very diverse in my skills, and am very confident you will be pleased with my work. I'm excited to branch out, and learn knew things! The sky has no limit, so therefore I believe we should always challenge ourselves to move forward to learn more in life. I am a people person, and love helping people. I am fast paced, very organized, and very motivated! I am very time efficient. In high school I was in JROTC, as well as volunteered at my local nursing home as a caregiver. From there I took online college for radiology and health information management. During that time I was a preschool teacher. I home schooled three of our five kids, and loved every moment of it! With FormSwift/DropBox I left as an assistant manager. Prior to that role I did quality control, and customer service. I handled emails, calls, scheduling, agent assistance, technical support,and billing. I made sure my customers left happy, as well as kept agents happy. Currently I am employed by Intuit. I work year round with Quickbooks Online, and seasonally with TurboTax. I am trained in all products (Payroll, Time, Payments, Accountant, Enterprise Suite, tax filing, Quality Control, etc.) and platforms in both divisions of the company. Currently I am an Accountant Expert. I help accountants with their bookkeeping, and client payrolls. I have loved every minute working for the company. In closing, I am a very qualified employee. I know how to prioritize, be productive, and manage multiple tasks. I am skilled in Quickbooks Online, TurboTax, OTRS, 8x8, Zendesk, and Hubspot.I am a problem solver, as well as provider of extraordinary customer service. I am enthusiastic, and very people friendly!
