Most EA developers deliver code that compiles and stop there. I come from a QA background in trading software—400+ hours of paid quality assurance work on trading platforms—so every EA I deliver has been run against real historical data, with the results shown to you honestly, including where it performs poorly. I know the terminology. Pips, slippage, spread, drawdown, stops level, swap, margin Call, MAE. You won't spend billable hours explaining what a trailing stop is. I tell you what the data says. If your strategy has a flaw that only shows up in testing—a stop distance the broker won't accept, a filter that removes 95% of your signals, costs that exceed the edge—I will tell you before you pay for a full build, not after. HOW WE WORK 1. You send your strategy rules; however, you have them—a document, screenshots, a video, or a description. 2. I confirm my understanding in writing before writing any code, so we agree on the spec. 3. I build, compile, and backtest it. 4. You receive the .ex4/.ex5, the full .mq4/.mq5 source, a Strategy Tester report, and setup instructions. 5. Revisions until it behaves the way you specified. WHAT I DON'T DO I don't sell profitable strategies, and I don't promise returns. You bring the trading idea; I make it run correctly and prove that it does.
