I finished my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance Management major in 2013 and Master in Business Administration in 2015. Within two years of master studying, I had opportunity to work as a Customer Service at Sykes Asia Inc. in Manila, Philippines. Then after graduation, I came back Vietnam and work as a Remote Customer Service for US company.
