Mari H.

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a native Japanese speaker based in the United States with strong bilingual skills in Japanese and English. I specialize in Japanese language quality evaluation, AI chatbot testing, and translation between English and Japanese. As an AI QA tester, I evaluate chatbot responses and digital content to ensure they sound natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate for native Japanese users. I pay close attention to details such as tone, word order, politeness levels, vocabulary choice, and conversational flow. I am skilled at identifying unnatural phrasing, repetition, translation artifacts, and other language issues that may affect user experience. In addition to QA testing, I also provide English–Japanese and Japanese–English translation and proofreading services. My work focuses on clarity, accuracy, and maintaining the intended meaning and tone of the original content. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and organized, with strong communication and time management skills. I take pride in delivering high-quality work within deadlines and providing clear feedback when reviewing content. I enjoy working with new technologies and continuously improving my skills. I look forward to supporting teams that value precise language and high-quality communication. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to working with you.
