Customer Services Representative

I have been working as a freelance translator for almost 15 years. In that period of time, I have been translating more than 20 books, articles, web pages, brochures, etc. I have also been dealing with subtitling. In the meantime, I have been working for many years as a Customer Services Representative and as Hotel Receptionist. I have excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills. I am responsible, flexible and adaptable. I also have the ability to learn easily, to multitask and to work under pressure.
