Cecilie B.

My name is Cecilie, I’m a 34-year-old freelance writer and translator based in Copenhagen, Denmark. I’m Danish, but I’ve spoken and written English my entire life thanks to close family ties in London and New York. I also lived in New York for a year while studying musical theater. For the past seven years, I have worked as a freelance writer and translator alongside my work in theater and voice. I have experience creating and translating a wide range of content, including website copy, emails, blog posts, webshop texts, and creative writing. In addition, I have translated theater manuscripts, including both musicals and plays. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering clear, engaging language. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Best regards, Cecilie K. Bertelsen
