Here is a quick rundown of the sourcing process: 1) PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: I can help you define product specifications, create 3D drawings & renderings, and optimize your product design for the manufacturing process. 2) RESEARCH: Mainly on 1688.com & Alibaba, local markets, and trade shows to identify potential suppliers that match your criteria. I also have various factories that I've established relationships with during my previous projects. 3) SAMPLING: Narrowing down around 3 suppliers for your product and presenting you with their final quotations, samples, and my recommendations. Optionally carry out on-site factory inspections/audits (in South China). 4) ORDER MANAGEMENT: Continous oversight of the production including regular on-site checks if necessary 5) SHIPPING & LOGISTICS: After the final QC I'll ship your products wherever you need them.
