Hello, this is Felipe Tiengo. I’m a Sound Healer and Digital Nomad from Brazil, combining my experience in wellness, communication, and remote work to support both people and businesses in meaningful ways. Alongside my work with SoundHealing, guided meditations, shamanic drum journeys, Native American flute experiences, and mindfulness workshops, I’ve also built a strong professional background in Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, and operational management for online companies. I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, which allows me to communicate naturally with clients and customers from different cultures and backgrounds. Over the past several years, I’ve worked in customer service and remote support roles, including positions involving live chat support, email management, technical support, and administrative assistance. Most recently, I worked for a day-trading company where I supported both the customer service and financial operations sides of the business. My responsibilities included assisting traders through live chat using Intercom, handling email support through Zendesk, managing trader accounts, troubleshooting platform issues, and organizing payment spreadsheets for withdrawal processing and financial tracking. I also have experience working at a Contact Center and as a Customer Service Representative for Walmart in Brazil, where I handled a high volume of customer interactions daily while maintaining clear, efficient, and empathetic communication. My areas of expertise include: * Customer Support & Customer Service * Live Chat Support * Email Support & Management * Virtual Assistance * Administrative Support * Financial & Payment Spreadsheet Management * Account Management * Technical Support * Translation (English / Portuguese / Spanish) * Wellness & Meditation Facilitation I am proficient with tools such as: * Intercom * Zendesk * Slack * Gmail * Google Docs * Google Sheets My background in wellness and healing practices has also strengthened my emotional intelligence, communication skills, patience, presence, and ability to create positive experiences for people — qualities that naturally extend into customer support and client relations.
