AI Automation & AI Agents | LLM Engineer | Enterprise SaaS, ERP

I don't build simple websites and apps. I build enterprise software, SaaS platforms and AI-powered business systems that companies actually run their operations on. I’ve worked on systems where the software is used by entire teams, supports large customer bases, moves critical business data, automates operational work, and has to keep working as the business grows. My work spans enterprise ERP and operations software, SaaS products, marketplaces, booking systems, internal platforms, customer-facing systems, APIs, and AI automation. What makes my work different is the level at which I approach a project. I don’t start with “what code should I write?” I start with: 1. What is the business trying to achieve? 2. What should be automated? 3. Where is the current operational bottleneck? 4. How much time and money is being lost? 5. What architecture will still work when usage grows? 6. Where should AI be introduced and where should it not be? 7. What should the system measure after launch? Then I design and build the complete solution. 🏢 ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE I’ve built software around real business operations rather than simple websites or basic CRUD applications. Examples include: • ERP and operational management software for a shoe manufacturing company • SwagUp — a production SaaS platform built around real business workflows • Real estate booking and management systems • Marketplace platforms such as Connust • Internal business systems used by company teams and their customers • SaaS products designed for long-term operational use These systems typically involve complex workflows, multiple user roles, permissions, business rules, reporting, integrations, databases, APIs, automation, and production infrastructure. 🤖 AI THAT REDUCES REAL BUSINESS WORK My AI experience goes beyond building chatbots or calling an LLM API. I build AI directly into business workflows. That includes: • AI assistants • AI agents and workflow automation • AI-powered sales and marketing systems • AI chat • AI voice calls • AI messaging • Automated follow-ups • Intelligent customer workflows • LLM-powered business features • AI connected to existing SaaS, CRM and operational systems One AI-driven marketing and communication system I built automated approximately 60% of the manual work across calls, messaging, chat and follow-up workflows. That is the way I evaluate AI: Not “Can we add AI?” But: “How much work can we remove?” “How much time can we save?” “How much can operating cost decrease?” “How much faster can the team respond?” “How accurately can the system perform?” “What business capacity does the automation create?” 📈 I MEASURE SOFTWARE BY BUSINESS IMPACT For serious systems, I care about measurable outcomes after implementation. Depending on the product, I look at: • Manual work reduction • Time saved per workflow • Operational cost reduction • AI/API/infrastructure cost reduction • Processing speed • API response time • System throughput • Concurrent-user capacity • Data and model accuracy • Error-rate reduction • Automation coverage • Team productivity • Revenue or conversion impact • Scalability and reliability A system is not successful because it was deployed. It is successful when the business can do more with less time, less manual effort and less operating cost. ⚙️ ARCHITECTURE BEFORE TECHNOLOGY One of my strongest advantages is choosing the right architecture and technology for the actual problem. I work across: React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Python, Django, Flask, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, LLMs and modern AI systems. But I don’t sell a fixed stack. I choose technologies based on: Performance requirements. Expected scale. Data complexity. Security. Integration requirements. AI workload. Development speed. Infrastructure cost. Long-term maintainability. The goal is not to use the trendiest technology. The goal is to build the right system. 💰 I THINK IN COST, NOT JUST CODE For business-critical software, I can evaluate the economics of a technical decision not just the implementation. That means comparing: Current manual operating cost vs. Automated operating cost Current processing time vs. New processing time Current infrastructure/API cost vs. Optimized architecture cost Current team capacity vs. Capacity after automation This makes it possible to estimate the real business value of a system before and after implementation. 💬 Tell me what your system does today, where the bottleneck is, and what you want the business to achieve. I’ll look at the problem from both the engineering and business-impact side.
