I earned a degree in Communications from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, USA, in 2018. After graduating, I worked as a Japanese–English translator involved in product development and later obtained a UX Design Professional Certificate. Since then, I have supported international clients entering the Japanese market as well as Japanese companies expanding overseas, working as a freelance bilingual researcher and project manager. I provide end-to-end research support—from research design and user interviews to analysis and reporting—with particular experience in SaaS products and website usability studies.
