Expert-vetted | Product Owner (CSPO) | Product Manager & Ops Since 2021 I've worked independently with more than 40 companies across North America and Europe, and every engagement that's been rated has come back at 5.0. What I'm usually brought in to do: ~ Own a product through delivery. Requirements, design and engineering coordination, scope decisions, and the gates a release passes before it ships. ~ Set up or repair Atlassian. Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery, and Customer Service. I'm a Certified Jira Specialist, and I will definitely spot how you could be using it better to increase your team's productivity, ~ Clean up backlogs that have been growing cobwebs, and turn them back into something a team can plan from. ~ Spot and structure the (lack of) data for insight and better informed decisions. ~ Build the reporting layer underneath all of that, so you can see what's actually moving without asking someone to go count it. I use AI to do the heavy lifting and review the output myself. That's why I can deliver results in weeks rather than months. If you're not sure which of these you need, tell me what's going wrong and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it. 🔆 Based in Rio de Janeiro, working on UTC−3, so I overlap with most of the North American workday. Available for European working hours.
