Felipe S.

With over 10 years of project management experience spanning various industries, I am currently a Localization Manager at Pegasystems, a global leader in software solutions for business transformation. I am a Brazilian citizen and an Italian resident, and I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian. In my current role, I collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and UI teams to ensure the accurate and effective translation of our products into multiple languages across diverse industries. I manage language translation projects and requirements with external vendors, overseeing everything from budgeting and contract negotiation to project planning, coordination, and execution. My work emphasizes a strong technical approach to internationalization and localization, supported by solid business acumen and a customer-centric focus. Previously, I served as an Implementation Project Manager at Matera, leading end-to-end implementations of Core Banking, Instant Payment (PIX), Risk Management, and Digital Solutions for notable clients. My experience also includes overseeing metadata projects at TiVo, supporting ITSM initiatives at Tata Consultancy Services, and contributing to retail sector software implementations at Linx.
