Kareem A.

I am a customer service and sales specialist with over three years of experience. Having worked for massive multinational corporations as Amazon and VOIS, I have developed the ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs. I am very attentive to detail, and very capable of staying sharp over long periods, making sure to deliver solutions with empathy and efficiency. Whether I was making written or verbal communications with customers, they were all professional representations of my client and their business, which aimed to set expectations for exceptional commitment and professionalism. Why choose me over other freelancers on Upwork? 🔸️ STRONG WORK ETHIC: I always aim to provide the best service I can, regardless of the type of task I'm required to fulfill. I'm always willing to learn the skills required to overdeliver. 🔹️ OVER-DELIVERING: As my main goal in work is growth rather than monetary gain, I am always ready to go any extra mile required to bring my work to full completion. 🔸️ CLIENT ORIENTED: It's all about the client. As I build my career here on Upwork, I intend to give the most extraordinary experience, to build lasting work relationships and achieve as much growth as possible. 🔹️ SELF-RELIANT: The skill I value the most is precision. Knowing exactly how to fulfill my tasks right from the get-go has always been the secret to getting the best results. Asking the right questions from the very beginning lets me push through all kinds of trouble I might run into with very little assistance. In short, I am a self-motivated individual, willing to take on all kinds of challenges to ensure client satisfaction and build strong and honest relationships.
