Yean Fai L.

I function as an Operations Manager who takes care of all the daily activities and meetings, the things that choke up the maximum amount of an entrepreneur's time. Things that detract from things like strategizing for the future, looking for commercial prospects, scaling, funding, etc. Things that are just as important, but need more bandwidth to be able to focus. My role is to Marie Kondo the business operations like an interim Operations Manager. I step in and help review the workflow, setup cleaner and more efficient processes, train the team to adhere to the standards defined and monitor for any scope for improvement. This ensures that when I step away, the work continues in auto-pilot with minimum supervision from the owner and reduced concerns of daily intervention. The kind of businesses that I can add best value to are: * Small to medium enterprises with remote workers across the globe. * Businesses with operational complexities and several moving parts. * Owners who want to grow and scale without losing focus on the core operations. I look forward to discussing your requirements and to help build thoughtfully designed processes that enable the business' success.
