I build AI systems that go into production and stay there. That includes agents that handle real business workflows, RAG assistants that answer from a company's own data, fine tuned language models, computer vision, and the applications around them. Over the past eight years I have done this work for startups and established companies in the US, UK, and Europe. Recent projects include the computer vision behind Facade AI, which detects more than 20 types of faults on building facades from drone imagery, agentic systems for code analysis and compliance, domain specific models fine tuned to 95% accuracy, and an inference pipeline where I brought response time down from 250ms to 80ms. Most clients come to me in one of two situations. Either they have an idea and need someone who can take it from architecture to a deployed product, or they already have an AI feature that works in testing but becomes slow, expensive, or unreliable with real users. I am comfortable owning the whole system, from the model and data pipeline to the backend, frontend, and cloud deployment, so nothing gets lost between the AI work and the product it lives in. I keep communication direct and regular, give honest estimates, and tell you early if something in the plan should change.
