Maarit Suvi Hannele M.

I have been working in Spain for 15 years, mainly with English- and Finnish-speaking people. I’ve been fortunate to participate in projects such as translating an entire travel agency website from English and Spanish into Finnish. That project taught me a great deal and significantly improved my translation skills. I am highly qualified to translate website content, videos, and other materials from English or Spanish into Finnish across a wide range of topics. However, I have particular expertise in the tourism and hospitality industries, having worked in various related roles for nearly 20 years. After graduating in 2008, I left Finland and have since lived and worked abroad—in the Canary Islands, Bulgaria, and now Mallorca. I’ve held diverse roles in call centers and hotels, including front desk receptionist, representative, tour guide, and waitress at a five-star hotel and providing premium housekeeping services. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in customer service. I am experienced with various platforms, company-specific intranets, and programs such as MS Office, Outlook, and Winhotel, and I adapt quickly to new software. I am a positive, hardworking, and dedicated person in everything I do.
