Hi, Since I'm an Italian native speaker, I have constantly performed jobs that require knowledge of the language. My first official job was as a professor of Italian and later I switched to the field of technical support and advanced in it. Also, after the end of high school, I have been involved in translation, both written (websites, e-mails, documents) and verbal (assistance in concluding agreements, attend meetings, simultaneous translation). Later, I switched to the field of Customer Support, first as a call center agent and then advancing to the field of quality control and monitoring, which I have always found very interesting and challenging. The IT world has always fascinated me, therefor I decided to combine my interest and experience in quality monitoring, becoming a Quality Assurance Specialist.
