Svetlana S.

Hi! I’m a Product Manager with 5 years of experience building clear product direction, aligning teams, and delivering impactful features. My work centers on defining product vision, shaping requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams through smooth, structured delivery. Skilled in Agile workflows and tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello, I focus on prioritization, backlog clarity, and making sure everyone — stakeholders, designers, and developers — stays aligned on the product goals. My process is grounded in understanding user needs, evaluating business value, and balancing technical considerations. A background in business development, marketing adds a strategic layer to my product decisions. It allows me to connect day-to-day work with growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term product outcomes. If you’re looking for a Product Manager who brings structure, clear communication, and thoughtful execution to your project, I’m ready to support your next steps.
