Hello! I'm a dual British-Colombian citizen, I've also lived in the USA, Australia and Thailand. I speak fluent Spanish and English. For that reason, I'm familiar with the colloquial expressions and idioms of British English, Australian English and American English. Of course, I'm also familiar with the peculiarities of Spanish from Spain and also from Latin America due to media immersion and my own life experience. I'm a Commercial Pilot by training, and passed my Pilot's English test with flying colours if you'll pardon the pun. I like to read publications on different topics and also love films and series, that way my language knowledge grows bit by bit on a daily basis. All my translations are manual, and I use different tools such as glossaries, thesauri and dictionaries (both online and physical) to help me work be even better. I can also use CAT tools such as SDL Trados should you need me to. I proofread after finishing the translation. Should there be anything to correct, I will do it swiftly. I take pride in taking my time to research and proofread. However, should there be issues, I will always make my best to quickly fix them. The ultimate objective is client satisfaction.
