During my 40+ years in the Energy Engineering/Construction business my experience ranged from Project Engineering to Project Management to Executive to litigation support as a testifying expert. LEGAL DISCOVERY I was Director of E-Discovery in the Halliburton/KBR Law Dept for 6+ years, followed by a stint as Director in FTI's Technical Sector, then as an independent E-Discovery Consultant and Testifying Expert in Civil Litigation. These were the nascent years of E-Discovery, including the 2006 new FRCP rules on E-Discovery. I became a nationally-recognized expert in E-Discovery, and served on numerous panels and was a frequent speaker on the subject, esp. re: corporate best practices. I managed the review of dozens of matters in a variety of platforms, Relativity being the leader at the time. I am now offering my knowledge and services in this area, as an advisor, document reviewer, consultant re: motions re: discovery [proportionality] or as testifying expert.
