Yoga came into my life when I needed it most—quietly, unexpectedly, and with a profound impact. As a Yoga Teacher, I work one-on-one with clients to create personalized experiences that integrate mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, stretching, and strength-building practices. I believe growth happens when people feel seen and supported, which is why my approach is centered on understanding each individual's unique goals, challenges, and pace. Beyond teaching, I am passionate about the broader wellness space and continuously seek opportunities to learn and contribute in new ways.
