📍 I live in Tuscany, Italy, where I've embarked on a thrilling new journey as a freelancer. After 15 years of honing my skills in the front and back office of boutique luxury hotels in Chianti, I've decided to steer my career towards projects that ignite my passion and offer a realm of independence. Here is briefly how I can assist you: 📝 Translation and Proofreading: Utilizing my linguistic skills to translate and localize e-commerce, travel and hospitality websites, e-learning platforms, marketing and advertising, fintech and cryptocurrency, corporate websites, multimedia content, sports and fitness technology. 🏛 Boutique & Historic Hospitality Background: 15 years working at front and back office of boutique hotels set in historic buildings in Chianti - managing guest relations, reservations, concierge requests and staff coordination. This gives me a hands-on, practical understanding of how heritage hospitality properties are run and experienced by an international clientele. 🌍 Multilingual Customer Support: Currently leading the multilingual customer service for an e-commerce site, blending my expertise in client relations, problem-solving, and social media management with great efficiency. I am very detail-oriented and approach each project with dedication, aiming to exceed expectations with punctuality and precision. My empathic skills help me engage with co-workers and clients most beneficially. 💎 Personal Interests: Global finance, digital marketing, tourism, new technologies, photography and architecture. These passions are naturally integrated into my professional life, providing me with unique insights and a highly versatile mindset. Let's collaborate! 🤝 I'm ready to bring my expertise, my vision or my multilingual approach to your next project!
