Mathilde L.

I’m 29 years old and have been living in Bangkok, Thailand since 2019. I currently work as a translator, content writer, and transcriber, both onsite and as a freelancer. In addition to this, I’ve spent the past four years working at a Danish accounting firm, where I supported the sales team and handled a wide range of customer service responsibilities. Alongside my other work, I also run my own webshop, which is currently being prepared for relaunch. Managing this business has given me valuable experience in customer communication, organization, and day to day operations I’m hardworking, dedicated, and consistently meet the goals I set for myself. I’m highly organized, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. I type 110 words per minute, placing me in the top 1%, which allows me to work efficiently and manage high-volume communication without compromising quality. I take pride in delivering clear communication, reliable support, and a professional attitude in everything I do.
