Examples of my work: • Clinic messaging: Built an Italian-language agent for Instagram and Facebook enquiries, with knowledge-base answers, contact capture, CRM updates, and human handoff. • Insurance voice agents: Built four voice agents using Retell AI and n8n, with lead qualification, CRM updates, and live human transfers. • Language-school operations: Delivered a trilingual website, English and Spanish placement tests, and attendance automation. • Document coordination: Built an internal demonstration that checks incoming documents, flags missing files and incorrect periods, prepares follow-up drafts, and updates the review queue. • Deal workflows: Built a Deal Desk demonstration with buyer screening, broker approval, NDA signing, controlled document access, and document Q&A with citations. • Win10Min: Built a focus product with an iPhone app, a Mac app, and a GPT planning plugin.
