Software Engineer

Senior backend/full-stack engineer with a background in financial services and legal tech, industries where a broken deployment or an unchecked edge case has a direct cost. That's shaped how I approach development: heavy focus on validation, testing, and automation, so systems stay stable long after the initial delivery. AI is a core part of my workflow, not just for writing code faster, but for verification: generating and running test cases, catching edge cases in review, and refactoring legacy code with automated checks at each step. I keep up with how these tools evolve and adjust my workflow accordingly, rather than sticking to one fixed process. Repetitive tasks like testing, deployment, and environment setup get automated wherever it makes sense, so more time goes into actual architecture and problem-solving. I work full-cycle: from the initial architecture diagram to the Docker container running in Kubernetes. I'm equally comfortable talking to engineers and to business stakeholders, making sure technical decisions actually serve product goals.
