Ghost Writer

As a child, I was intrigued by strategy games; although terrified by them, as I dreaded the thought of proving myself to be inferior amongst the world and all its danger. I proceeded to play them anyways; and as I advanced, I learned something very ominous. That the greatest strategy of all wasn't preparation—it was reflex. And it doesn't seem to matter how well you seek to prepare yourself in advance—it all comes down to how well you respond in the heat of the exchange. Something that you can try to prepare for, but really all comes down to luck in the end; making it all the more terrifying.
