For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in Sales Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement within the e-commerce sector. My experience includes roles at leading companies such as Fashion Days (an Eastern European members-only shopping portal), Groupon (international deals platform), and Zalando (one of Europe’s largest fashion marketplaces). I managed the full purchasing cycle—from pricing strategies and vendor relationship management to purchase orders and invoice tracking—while demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. I also collaborated closely with Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute brand campaigns aimed at boosting sales, and worked cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Logistics departments to streamline operations. Earlier in my career, I spent over five years working in Finance for a media company in London, where I developed strong analytical, mathematical, and collaboration skills. In addition to my professional experience, I’m well-versed in various systems and tools, including (Microsoft, Asana, Salesforce, Insightly, Re-amaze, , Oracle, Misys, People Soft, ERP systems Accounting software-QB), Shopify and Etsy,, and social media tools. I’m a friendly, people-oriented person who thrives in client-facing roles. Currently, I’m based in Bali, Indonesia. Living here has inspired me through its rich culture and artisanal traditions. I’ve developed a keen interest in natural materials and local craftsmanship, and I’m also able to assist with sourcing and identifying quality product manufacturing facilities. My latest projects on Upwork include: -Customer Support & Retention for the Polish market – For the past 3 years, I’ve provided customer service focused on negotiating with and retaining existing customers via calls, chats, emails, and social media channels. -Talent Store – Audio Review in Polish – As part of a casting and production company (SIDE INTERNATIONAL UK LIMITED), I evaluated audio and text files before production. My role involved labeling sentences based on grammar, accent, pronunciation, tone, and expression—leveraging my linguistic expertise. -English to Polish Translation and Proofreading – Focused on short stories and dialogues, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and natural tone in translation.
